The Astrea Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust which is committed to inspiring beyond measure. Our Academies – primary, secondary and all-through – do not subscribe to the ‘schooling’ stance of a results-driven philosophy but rather state emphatically that education is about much more than just attainment.
The Astrea Academy Trust is seeking outstanding Science practitioners at all levels. We have fantastic opportunities for Lead Practitioners, Heads of Departments and Teachers (Years 7 to 13) across Doncaster, Sheffield and the Dearne. Applications from NQTs are also warmly welcomed.

To complement the intrinsic rewards which we award to our teachers and to demonstrate our commitment to them, in September 2017 the Astrea Academy Trust awarded all teaching staff a 2% pay increase which was above the recommended increase of 1% from the School Teachers Review Body.
