We have an opportunity to join the STEPS Team as a Support Team Manager, working 25 hours a week on a rota basis covering predominantly between the hours of 2.30pm and 11.00pm. Flexibility in working hours is essential to ensure management cover of the service from 6am until 11pm.
Duties include supporting people with a focus on re-ablement, promoting independence and enabling service users to remain at home is a main priority of the service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Support staff in delivery and resource across the Doncaster borough. You will assist in the management of operational field activities of a Home Care Support Team ensuring the provision and maintenance of a high quality service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in accordance with statutory, legislative and registration requirements.
