Temporary post initially until 31st August 18, however may be longer subject to funding. 

Post for 15 hours a week (hours of work 1 ½ hours each morning and afternoon or 3 hours per morning.) 

Required as soon as possible. 

We require an enthusiastic and conscientious Learning Support Assistant to work with identified SEN children in school with various needs; this may include supporting children’s personal care.  

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with children in a primary school environment, have a calm and empathic manner and must possess GCSE Grade C or equivalent in both English and Maths.  Experience of supporting the development of Speech and Language and an ability to use Makaton signing would also be an advantage.
