Part Time 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) term time only with hours to be agreed. This is a temporary post to provide maternity cover.

St. Patrick’s is a small school in the village of Harworth and Bircotes.   The Governors are seeking to appoint a motivated School Office Manager for a period of maternity cover from 16th April 2018, or as soon after, to join the team of dedicated and hardworking staff.  

You will be responsible for the overall management of the school office including the school budget, school fund, absence monitoring, personnel records, single central register and submission of relevant data requested by outside agencies eg. LA, DFE. 

Good knowledge of school management systems is desirable. 

Visits to school are warmly welcomed by appointment with the Headteacher, Mr. Harris.
