The Careers & Enterprise Company was set up by government in 2015 to inspire and prepare young people for the fast-changing world of work. This role working closely with the Careers & Enterprise Company is to set up local networks that connects schools and colleges, employers and careers programme providers to create high-impact careers opportunities for young people.  The successful candidate will drive improvements across all schools and colleges inside the Hub against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks. Reporting, evaluating, sharing key learning and examples of best practice and driving continuous improvement will all be a key part of this role.

Shortlisting will take place week commencing 27th August 2018 and it is anticipated that interviews will be held on 4th September 2018.

The successful candidate will need to be able to attend Careers Hub Lead training in Birmingham between the 15th and 19th of October 2018.
