Alarm Receiving Centre Operator

You will work as part of a team to deliver a first class, professional customer service, primarily providing the Council’s 24 hour contact, 365 days per year contact including CCTV monitoring and response, both during normal working hours and out of hours. 

You will be responsible for the delivery of an emergency response, action and monitoring function, including CCTV, ensuring a social care focused approach.

In addition, you will work across teams delivering customer services through a diverse range of access channels, including face to face, telephone, intercom, door access control, text and email.
