We need flexible, reliable and enthusiastic people to ensure staff provide healthy, nutritious and balanced meals to pupils and staff in schools to the high standards of the award winning catering service. 

You will work on area projects including changes to dining room arrangements, teaching cooking skills, mentoring newly appointed Cooks and will monitor sites for compliance, efficiency and continual improvement as directed by the Catering Operations Manager. 

We are looking for people who have:-

  • Skills in cooking and baking
  • Experience leading teams of staff
  • An ability to mentor and train staff
  • High standards of personal hygiene
  • Excellent communication skills

The required hours of the post are 37 hours (variable) term time plus 6 Teacher Training days.
