Salary details: Grade 6 £13,120 - £13,780 + Shift Allowance

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the STEPS team as a Step’s Support Coordinator. Due to the partnership working with our health colleagues this role will develop into delivering both health & social care support in the near future and offer enhanced training opportunities to the right people.
The Support Co-ordinator has the responsibility to programme, plan and allocate assessed support needs in a logistical manner covering the borough of Doncaster.
Your role will assist the Admin, Support Team Managers and Case Managers.
This post is available on a permanent contract covering a 4 week rolling rota.
